Conference on Mind Body Medicine in Akola on 26th January 2020

A Conference held on Mind Body Medicine at Akola on 26th of January 2020.
Almost 800 doctors all over Akola and nearby Taluka places have attended the one day conference.

The conference was started sharp on 9.30 am. The first guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Girish Patel who is well known psychologist from Mumbai on Recent update in mind body medicine.He tells about mind and body connection and he also elaborate on recent research in mind body and medicine by giving scientific details on it.

2nd guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Mohit Gupta ( DM cardiologist) who is currently working in GB pant hospital, Delhi as a consultant cardiologist.He delivered lecture on genes emotions and mysteries of mind. He focused on how our belief system affect our genes.He also guides about epigenetics and shared some of his personal experience about power of mind.

After that there was an inauguration ceremony which was headed by Dr. Banarasi Sah bhaiji who has come from Mount  Abu Rajasthan. He is an executive secretary of medical wing of RERF and director of Ever Healthy Hospital, Shantivan Rajasthan. During Inaugural speech he tells about medical wing’s activities and invited all the doctors who were present there to attend MBM conference at Mount Abu Rajasthan.

Other chief guest present were Dr. Ghorpade, Dean of Government medical college Akola. And Dr. Bele who is an vice Chancellor of Punjabrao Khrushi vidhyapeth Akola. 

After lunch session talk was given by Shreya Behan who has come from Borivali Mumbai. She talked about managing mind and emotion and told importance of values in healthcare practice. she also guides on karma Philosophy to all the doctors present there.

Later question answer and panel discussion was there chaired by Dr. Girish Patel and Shreya behan along with Rukmini Didi.
