As part of reviving the existing services and realising the need of specialised services, 11 special interest groups were formed.  The groups will be coordinated by eminent personalities in respective fields. The group coordinators will be responsible to train BK volunteers and community health volunteers to work in their respective projects, plan and implement various service plans across the country in consultation with Medical Wing HQ at Madhuban. The data collected through these services will also be used for future research purposes and publications of papers in scientific journals.
