With a great vision of creating awareness for total health and to eradicate all negative habits that are creating diseases in the society, Medical wing of Brahma Kumaris, has started a mega project of “MY INDIA HEALTHY INDIA”. This project involves in creating awareness about Healthy-Lifestyle through Rajyoga meditation, Nutritional Education, Drug De-addiction programmes and so on. With aim of complete Health (Spiritually, Physically, Mentally) As a part of this project, The Medical wing of Brahma Kumaris, is going to plan for a vehicle rally in order to educate the masses, living in villages/slum areas. Each group consisting of 15 members, which includes Doctors, nurses, Paramedical staff, are going to start from 5 different places namely, Trivendrum, Dehradun, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Lucknow The rally ends up from all places finally at Mumbai, covering nearly a distance of 16518, in a time period of Aug 16 to Oct 2. They cover all the areas starting from each place educating the people about Health, providing guidance in maintaining Diet, teaching Exercises, Meditation and trying to protect them from Drug-additions.
